Laurel began her career as a healthcare executive in west Michigan. After 17 years, she left the healthcare industry to attend law school and launch two successful businesses. Since February 2020, she has helped over 100 companies implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), used by more than 100,000 companies worldwide.
Laurel specializes in systems implementation, organizational transformation, and results-based coaching with teams. From her experience in leadership, management, and EOS implementation, she has the unique ability to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, bring clarity, and drive scalable growth.
